To investigate the effects of nasal specific symptoms on chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS) with anxiety, depression and other psychological dysfunction and endoscopic surgery for the improvement of psychological dysfunction in patients with CRS. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and the 22-Item Sino-Nasal Outcome Test(SNOT-22) were completed in 44 patients with CRS within one week before and 6 months after surgery. They were used to assess mental function and nasal specific symptoms.

To improve the accuracy of diagnosis and to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by analyzing the characteristics of such masses. Clinical data from 55 patients with suspicion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed and treated between March 2016 and September 2017 were analyzed. All patients were followed up regularly.
