[Clinical study on the relationship between the displaced fracture of the inferior ramus of pubis and the posterior pelvic ring injury].

Methods: From August 2012 to August 2015, 51 patients of pubic ramus fractures with complete record were retrospective reviewed including 27 males and 24 females with an average age of(49.1±19.

Five New Alkaloids from the Roots of Sophora flavescens.

Five new quinolizidine alkaloids, including three sparteine-type alkaloids (1 - 3) and two cytisine-type alkaloids (4 and 5), along with four known ones, were isolated from the roots of Sophora flavescens. Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic techniques including IR, UV, NMR, and HR-ESI-MS. All the compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.

Can Herbal Medicine Cause Hematoma Enlargement of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage within 24 hrs Time Window? A Retrospective Study of 256 Cases from a Single Center in China.

A retrospective review was performed of consecutive patients presenting with HICH within 24 hours of ictus presenting between March 2008 and March 2013 who were diagnosed as having HICH by CT scan. Of the 256 patients who matched study inclusion standard, 43 patients hematoma was enlarged (16.8%).

Five natural carbohydrates from the leaves of Sauropus rostratus.

Three new hexose derivatives (1-3), together with two known ones (4,5), were isolated from the leaves of Sauropus rostratus. The structures of new compounds were elucidated on the basis of the spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR (HSQC, (1)H-(1)H COSY, HMBC and NOESY) and HR-MS analyses. The absolute configurations of three new compounds were established by the modified Mosher's method.
