A multicenter real-world study comparing the clinical equivalence of trastuzumab biosimilar HLX02 and reference trastuzumab in the treatment of HER-2-positive breast cancer.

As the first trastuzumab biosimilar introduced in China, there are few studies on the clinical application of HLX02, especially in combination with other antitumour drugs, for the treatment of HER-2-positive breast cancer. A multicenter retrospective study was conducted in three hospitals in China to select patients with HER-2-positive breast cancer who met the inclusion criteria and received HLX02 or the reference trastuzumab. Ninety-six patients diagnosed with HER-2-positive breast cancer were finally included and divided into two groups and treated with HLX02 or the reference trastuzumab.

[Network Meta-analysis of Chinese patent medicine containing Hirudo in treatment of atherosclerosis].

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicines containing Hirudo in the treatment of atherosclerosis(AS) by network Meta-analysis, and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment of AS. The clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT) on the treatment of atherosclerosis with Chinese patent medicines containing Hirudo were searched in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed and EMbase from the establishment of the databases to July 1, 2022. And data extraction and quality assessment of the included RCT was performed according to the Cochrane standards.

Myxomatous liposarcoma in giant pleural cavity: case report and literature review.

Liposarcoma was mainly occurring in the lower extremities and deep retroperitoneal soft tissues, but rarely occurred in the thoracic cavity. Most cases were reported in the literature, and most of them were middle-aged and elderly people. It was even more rare in adolescents with tumors occupying the entire thoracic cavity.

Olmesartan (OMST) is a new angiotensin II receptor antagonist recently approved by the FDA to treat cardiovascular diseases. We investigated the molecular mechanisms by which OMST regulates vascular senescence. In the present study, bleomycin (BLM) was used to induce senescence in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs); after which, the cells were treated with OMST.

Phytoestrogen structurally or functionally mimics estrogen with fewer side effects than endogenous estrogen. Icariin (ICA), an active component of Epimedium extracts, demonstrates estrogen-like neuroprotective effects.
