Heterogeneous photocatalysis has been widely explored as a promising solution for dye degradation due to its cost-effectiveness, ease of recovery, and use of green technology. Precisely, iron-doped cadmium sulfide (CdS) exhibits greater efficiency because of its higher charge separation, more electron transfer efficiency, and adsorption under visible region. In this study, two different ratios of iron-doped cadmium sulfide (CdFeS/GO) nanocomposites such as CdFeS/GO and CdFeS/GO were synthesized using the coprecipitation method and characterized with UV-Vis DRS, XRD, FT-IR, Raman, XPS, and HR-TEM.

Oxidative stress, imbalanced antioxidants, and dysregulated renal lipids are closely linked with diabetic nephropathy and eventual cause of end-stage renal failure. This study was performed to investigate the protective effect of bacoside-A on markers of lipid peroxidation, renal lipids, and markers of renal function in diabetic rats. Experimental diabetes was induced in Wistar rats by a single dose of streptozotocin [40 mg/kg body weight (BW)] via intraperitoneal injection.

Nanobiotechnology is a unique class of multiphase and recently become a branch of contemporary science and a paradigm shift in material research. One of the two main problems facing the field of nanomaterial synthesis is the discovery of new natural resources for the biological production of metal nanoparticles and the absence of knowledge about the chemical composition of bio-source required for synthesis and the chemical process or mechanism behind the production of metal nanoparticles presents the second difficulty. We reported template-free green synthesized copper oxide nanoparticles using Tribulus terrestris seed natural extract without any isolation process.

This paper proposes the experimental demonstration of an anapole-based cylindrical electromagnetic cloaking scheme. An anapole state is excited by arranging around a cylindrical metallic target vertical split-ring resonators, forming an equivalent surface admittance boundary condition able to suppress the scattering. Using Mie formalism and multipole scattering theory, we identify the actual reason behind the cloaking operation, characterizing the anapole condition by the scattering contributions from toroidal and electric dipole moments.
