Introduction: Caries Infiltration is a recent microinvasive restorative technique that permits treatment of non-cavitated demineralized lesions, known as White Spot Lesions (WSL).
Aim: To evaluate the extent of penetration of a commercially available resin caries-infiltrant into natural WSL occurring in deciduous tooth enamel.
Materials And Methods: Deciduous molars with natural WSL on any smooth surface were selected and sectioned into halves to yield equal control and experimental groups.

The diffuse neuroendocrine system continues to be an enigmatic topic of study in pathology due to its controversial embryologic origins, biology and a variety of tumors engendered. Originally thought to be localized to the classic neuroendocrine organs (pituitary, thyroid, pancreas and adrenal medulla), the neuroendocrine cells are now known to be distributed in every organ system of the body. A number of human diseases have been linked to aberrations in the functioning of the neuroendocrine cells.

Background: Ameloblastoma is a benign slow growing tumor of odontogenic origin composed of epithelial cells that resemble enamel forming cells namely the ameloblasts however these lesional cells do not differentiate to produce enamel. They are locally aggressive and can cause severe abnormalities of the face and jaw.
Aim: This study aimed to correlate the incidence and recurrence rates of ameloblastoma to the different clinical and histopathological parameters.

We present the management of a case of Type II dens invaginatus in a mandibular premolar with a large invagination in the coronal third of the root on mesial aspect of the crown in proximity of cementoenamel junction significantly compromising the strength of the crown structure. We describe in detail the various measures taken to assess the internal tooth structure destruction and enhance the fracture resistance of the involved premolar. The case has a long-term follow-up of 36 months showing clinical and radiographic signs of healing.

The success of removable prostheses ultimately depends on a number of factors such as retention, stability, support, esthetics, and masticatory function. Increased intraoral inter-arch distance leads to an increase in the weight of the prosthesis. This may compromise the retention and resistance, which are key for a successful removable prosthesis.

Introduction: Badly broken or structurally compromised posterior teeth are frequently associated with crown/root fracture. Numerous restorative materials have been used to fabricate indirect full-coverage restorations for such teeth. This study aims to evaluate and compare the effect of restorative materials on the stress distribution pattern in a mandibular first molar tooth, under varying loading conditions and to compare the stress distribution pattern in five commonly used indirect restorative materials.

Introduction: Oral Submucous Fibrosis (OSMF) is a premalignant condition with potential malignant behaviour characterized by juxta-epithelial fibrosis of the oral cavity. In the process of collagen synthesis, iron gets utilized, by the hydroxylation of proline and lysine, leading to decreased serum iron levels. The trace element like iron is receiving much attention in the detection of oral cancer and precancerous condition like OSMF as it was found to be significantly altered in these conditions.
