Introduction And Importance: Gastric glomus tumors (GGT) are rare soft tissue tumors of the gastrointestinal tracts (GIT). It is somewhat challenging to establish the diagnosis of GGT and differentiate it from the more common submucosal neoplasms.
Case Presentation: A 34-year-old female patient presented with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

Non-subungual glomus tumor in the fingers is very rare. To explore the insights gained from diagnosing and treating non-subungual glomus tumors in the finger, we collected 19 cases in the last ten years, which were only reported as isolated cases in the previous literature. This was a retrospective study of 19 surgical patients between May 2012 and January 2022 with preoperative MRI, ultrasound, and their final pathological diagnosis is glomus tumor, while the lesions were located not under the nail bed.

Background: Glomus tumors around the jugular foramen and inner ear can have variable presentations, including lower cranial nerve palsies, tinnitus, hearing loss, or palpable neck mass. In general, these tumors are benign paragangliomas with the definitive treatment consisting of radiosurgery or surgery. Endovascular embolization can be added as a critical adjunctive therapy to reduce the tumor vascularity before surgical resection.

Malignant glomus tumors are rare tumors of pericytic origin with a propensity to develop in the upper gastrointestinal tract. Hereby we demonstrate a tumor of a 20-year-old man, who presented with dysphagia and an exophytic esophageal mass. Histologic examination of the resected mass revealed a multinodular tumor in the esophageal wall composed of epithelioid cells showing nesting and monomorphic atypia, staghorn vessels and scanty stroma.

Symplastic glomus tumors are a rare subtype of glomus tumor defined by nuclear atypia without additional markers of malignancy such as large size, deep location, or atypical/prevalent mitotic figures. Glomus tumors, including the symplastic subtype, most commonly present in the subungual area with rarer extradigital presentation. To our knowledge, there have been less than 25 cases of symplastic glomus tumors described in the literature.

Introduction: Glomangioma is an uncommon hypervascular tumor typically found in the extremities, with primary occurrences in the mediastinum being exceedingly rare.
Case Presentation: A 38-year-old male presented to our cardio-thoracic surgery department with chest pain. Chest computed tomography (CT) revealed a 45 mm posterior paravertebral right solidocystic mass, a finding confirmed by Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with a solidocystic mass in the posterior paravertebral right pleura suggesting a fibrous tumor exhibiting cystic degeneration.

Paragangliomas represent a surgical challenge due to their hypervascularization. The preoperative selective embolization of these tumors significantly decreases intraoperative blood loss. However, the literature on preoperative embolization in glomus tumors is limited.

Glomus tumors are typically benign, soft tissue neoplasms composed of thermoregulatory glomus bodies. The more common varieties, such as subungual, are treated surgically and typically have a very low mortality rate. Malignant glomus tumors are very rare, and their pathogenesis is poorly understood.
