Spatiotemporal investigation of near-surface CH and factors influencing CH over South, East, and Southeast Asia.

Sci Total Environ

April 2024

College of Atmospheric Sciences, Lanzhou University, Tian-shui South Road, Lanzhou 730000, Gansu, PR China. Electronic address:

Methane (CH) is the second most abundant greenhouse gas after CO, which plays the most important role in global and regional climate change. To explore the long-term spatiotemporal variations of near-surface CH, datasets were extracted from Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite (GOSAT), and the Copernicus Atmospheric Monitoring Service (CAMS) reanalyzed datasets from June 2009 to September 2020 over South, East, and Southeast Asia. The accuracy of near-surface CH from GOSAT and CAMS was verified against surface observatory stations available in the study region to confirm both dataset applicability and results showed significant correlations.

Animals (Basel)

January 2023

Key Laboratory of Veterinary Pathobiology and Disease Control, College of Animal Science and Technology, Anhui Agricultural University, Hefei 230036, China.

Rab22a is an important small GTPase protein the molecule that is involved in intracellular transportation and regulation of proteins. It also plays an important role in antigens uptake, transportation, regulation of endosome morphology, and also regulates the transport of antigens to MHC (Major Histocompatibility Complex) molecules. To investigate the role of Rab22a, the intracellular co-localization of chicken Rab22a (cRab22a) molecule and its relationship to BF and chicken invariant chain (cIi) molecules was studied.
