High-throughput characterization of antibody-antigen complexes at the atomic level is critical for understanding antibody function enabling therapeutic development. Hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) enables rapid epitope mapping, but its data are too sparse for independent structure determination.
