 To date, there are no uniform guidelines for the treatment of obstetric plexus lesions in German-speaking countries. Rifamycin and its derivatives are natural products that belong to the class of antibiotic-active polyketides and have significant therapeutic relevance within the therapy scheme of tuberculosis, a worldwide infectious disease caused by . Improving the oral bioavailability of rifamycin B was achieved through semisynthetic modifications, leading to clinically effective derivatives such as rifampicin. Genetic manipulation of the rifamycin polyketide synthase gene cluster responsible for the production of rifamycin B in the strain S699 represents a promising tool to generate new rifamycins.

Former studies have established that individuals with a cochlear implant (CI) for treating single-sided deafness experience improved speech processing after implantation. However, it is not clear how each ear contributes separately to improve speech perception over time at the behavioural and neural level. In this work, we present a straightforward synthetic route for the preparation of functionalized β--fused porphyrins, which are subsequently connected to rylendiimides. The resulting donor-acceptor-type conjugates exhibit intriguing optical properties, such as panchromatism and profoundly bathochromically shifted absorption curves. Modern language models such as bidirectional encoder representations from transformers have revolutionized natural language processing (NLP) tasks but are computationally intensive, limiting their deployment on edge devices. This paper presents an energy-efficient accelerator design tailored for encoder-based language models, enabling their integration into mobile and edge computing environments. A data-flow-aware hardware accelerator design for language models inspired by Simba, makes use of approximate fixed-point POSIT-based multipliers and uses high bandwidth memory (HBM) in achieving significant improvements in computational efficiency, power consumption, area and latency compared to the hardware-realized scalable accelerator Simba.

Herein, we present the first easy-to-access synthesis of the perfluorotrityl cation (15F+) with commercial GaCl3 and the further functionalization of the para-fluorine atoms of 15F+ via halodefluorination using trimethylsilyl halides TMSX (X = Cl, Br). This gives access to equally reactive perhalogenated trityl derivatives (p-3Cl12F+ and p-3Br12F+), which can be handled at room temperature. The impact of the para-exchange on the electronic structure is determined by NMR and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
