Background: A review of recent reports concerning the functional outcome after treatment for Cyclops syndrome can produce contradictory results. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the functional outcome of our patients treated for Cyclops syndrome after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
Methods: Between 1998 and 2006 ten patients were followed for the occurrence of a Cyclops syndrome.

Between 100 kHz and 1 MHz, special ultrasonic attenuation measurements of the triethylamine-water mixture of critical composition have been performed for the determination of the Bhattacharjee-Ferrell scaling function. The experimental data are evaluated considering two noncritical Debye-type relaxation terms as revealed by broadband ultrasonic spectra. Shear viscosity and dynamic light scattering data from the literature are re-evaluated to yield the relaxation rate of order parameter fluctuations of the critical system as a function of temperature.

Aim: To report on the efficacy, safety and tolerability of interferon alfa-2a combined with a low dose of ribavirin for relapsers and non-responders to alpha interferon monotherapy.
Methods: Thirty four chronic hepatitis C virus-infected non responders to interferon alfa-2a monotherapy (a course of at least 3 months treatment) and 13 relapsers to interferon alfa-2a monotherapy (a dose of 3 to 6 million units three times per week for at least 20 weeks but not more than 18 months) were treated with the same dose of interferon alfa-2a used before (3 to 6 million units three times per week) and ribavirin (10mg/kg daily) for 6 months. In complete responders, interferon alfa-2a was administered for further 6 months at the same dose used before as monotherapy.

Purpose: To evaluate two different systems for magnetic resonance (MR) imaging-guided breast interventions.
Materials And Methods: 41 patients with 41 lesions detected exclusively with contrast-enhanced MR imaging underwent 68 interventional procedures (27 needle biopsies and 41 preoperative wire localisations) with two different systems. An add-on device for surface coils was used in 39 cases, and a dedicated single breast biopsy coil was used in 29.
