Background: Icotinib is the first generation of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) independently developed in China, which has been widely used in the treatment of advanced EGFR mutation-positive nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The purpose of this study was to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of icotinib in the treatment of advanced EGFR mutation-positive NSCLC and to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical rational drug use.

Application of Diversified Health Education Combined with Psychological Nursing in the Treatment of Patients with Infectious Bone Defects by Induction Membrane Surgery.

Objective: To explore the application value of diversified health education combined with psychological nursing in the treatment of patients with infectious bone defects by induction membrane surgery.

Methods: A total of 52 patients with infectious bone defects treated by induction membrane surgery from May 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into an observation group (with diversified health education combined with psychological care) and a control group according to the random number table method (routine nursing care). There were 26 patients in each group, and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Self-Care Ability Scale (ESCA) were compared.

In the present study, the potential of plumbagin to protect against hydrogen peroxide-induced injury in cardiomyocytes was analyzed. Specifically, the cytoprotective effects of PLB were evaluated in H9c2 cardiomyocytes, in which oxidative stress was induced by tertiary butyl hydrogen peroxide (TBHP; 75 µM) treatment.

This research was aimed at exploring the changes in the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) parameters of prostate cancer (PCa) patients. Sixty PCa patients from the hospital were recruited as the research object, and dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) scans were performed to determine the shape, scope, and enhancement characteristics of prostate lesions and their relationship with surrounding tissues. The quantitative parameters of ADC and DCE-MRI were measured.

Methods: 30 patients with infectious nonunion after tibial trauma treated in the hospital between March 2018 and March 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were divided into a control group ( = 15) and an observation group ( = 15) by the random number table method. During membrane induction therapy, the control group adopted a routine nursing method while the observation group was given a nursing method of mind mapping combined with microvideo explanation.

Edge Detection Algorithm-Based Lung Ultrasound in Evaluation of Efficacy of High-Flow Oxygen Therapy on Critical Lung Injury.

The study focused on the therapeutic effects of high-flow oxygen therapy on patients with critical lung injury using edge detection-based ultrasound images. Firstly, the traditional Canny edge detection algorithm was improved, and the optimal threshold was obtained by optimizing the median filter and combining Otsu algorithm and threshold iteration method. Then, the optimized algorithm was compared with the traditional Canny edge detection algorithm and applied to process the lung ultrasound images of 120 cases of critical lung injury, to compare the efficacy of high-flow oxygen therapy and the traditional oxygen therapy.
