Purpose: There is a lack of real-world data on the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, treatment effects, and prognosis of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL). This study aimed to investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of COVID-19 in patients with B-NHL.
Patients And Methods: This study included individuals diagnosed with B-NHL who were also diagnosed with COVID-19 and hospitalized.

Background: Glioma is a highly heterogeneous malignancy of the central nervous system. This heterogeneity is driven by various molecular processes, including neoplastic transformation, cell cycle dysregulation, and angiogenesis. Among these biomolecular events, inflammation and stress pathways in the development and driving factors of glioma heterogeneity have been reported.

Melanoma poses a challenge in oncology because of its aggressive nature and limited treatment modalities. The tumour microenvironment (TME) in melanoma contains unique properties such as an immunosuppressive and high-density environment, unusual vasculature, and a high number of stromal and immunosuppressive cells. In recent years, numerous experiments have focused on boosting the immune system to effectively remove malignant cells.

Background: The resistance to EGF receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) is a major challenge in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Understanding the molecular mechanisms behind resistance is therefore an important issue. Here we assessed the role of EGFR pathway substrate 8 (EPS8) and Forkhead box O 3a (FoxO3a) as potentially valuable targets in the resistance of NSCLC .

The therapeutic potential of membrane complement regulatory protein (mCRP)-neutralizing antibodies is unsatisfactory, which perhaps lies in the complex role of mCRPs in tumor occurrence and development. As a member of the mCRPs, CD46 is a transmembrane protein with a cytoplasmic domain and is implicated more in the control of the alternative complement pathway than of the classical complement pathway. Growing evidence has revealed that both the CD46 signaling pathway and microRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

Objective: To observe the effect of methylprednisolone on procollagen type III of rats with acute lung injury (ALI) induced by endotoxin.
Methods: Forty-five rats were randomly divided into three groups: endotoxin group, endotoxin plus methylprednisolone group, and control group, with 15 rats in each group. The model of ALI in rat was reproduced by intravenous injection of endotoxin in the dose of 6 mg/kg.
