Background: A variety of different techniques or methods for treatment of tibial eminence fracture (TEF) have been reported, but there is still controversy on the optimum choice for treating TEFs. The aim of the current work was to compare the clinical outcomes of arthroscopic cannulated screw fixation and a new arthroscopic anchor fixation technique for tibial eminence fracture.
Methods: We included 69 isolated tibial eminence fracture patients from June 2012 to February 2017; 36 patients received the cannulated screw fixation and 33 received the transosseous anchor knot (TAK) fixation under arthroscopy.

The consensus recommendations in 2018 from The Chinese Society of Hematology (CSH) on indications, conditioning regimens and donor selection for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) facilitated the standardization of clinical practices of allo-HSCT in China and progressive integration with the world. There have been new developments since the initial publication. To integrate recent developments and further improve the consensus, a panel of experts from the CSH recently updated the consensus recommendations, which are summarized as follows: (1) there is a new algorithm for selecting appropriate donors for allo-HSCT candidates.

Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) haploidentical stem cell transplantation (haplo-SCT) as a postremission treatment for standard risk Philadelphia chromosome-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia (SR Ph-ALL) in the first complete remission (CR1) has not been defined. In this multicenter, phase 3 study (NCT02042690), of the 131 consecutive Ph-ALL young adult patients (YA, aged 18-39 years) without high-risk features who achieved CR1, 114 patients without HLA-matched donors received consolidation with an adult chemotherapy regimen (n = 55) or haplo-SCT (n = 59). In the landmark analysis, haplo-SCT resulted in a lower 2-year cumulative incidence of relapse (CIR, 12.

BACKGROUND Tibial eminence fractures often occur during sports participation, but the optimum choice of technique for treatment is still controversial. The aim of the current work was to compare the clinical outcomes of 2 new arthroscopic anchor fixation techniques for tibial eminence fracture. MATERIAL AND METHODS We included 72 isolated tibial eminence fracture patients treated at our hospital from October 2010 to August 2015; 37 patients received the classic double-row (DR) suture anchor fixation technique and 35 received the transosseous anchor knot (TAK) fixation under arthroscopy.

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is an important curative therapy for patients with leukemia. However, relapse remains the leading cause of death after transplantation. In recent years, substantial progress has been made by Chinese physicians in the field of establishment of novel transplant modality, patient selection, minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring, and immunological therapies, such as modified donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) and chimeric antigen receptor T (CART) cells, as well as MRD-directed intervention for relapse.

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is widely used to treat malignant hematological neoplasms and non-malignant hematological disorders. Approximately, 5000 allo-HSCT procedures are performed in China annually. Substantial progress has been made in haploidentical HSCT (HID-HSCT), pre-transplantation risk stratification, and donor selection in allo-HSCT, especially after the establishment of the "Beijing Protocol" HID-HSCT system.
