Enhancing these capability levels requires strengthening the professional skill training of healthcare workers, especially those in primary care settings in economically underdeveloped areas. To understand the actual needs for professional skill training among primary healthcare workers, thereby providing data support for targeted training initiatives.

The effects of local delivery of laurus nobilis extract and adipose derived stem cells via electrospun gelatin scaffold on spinal cord injury inflammatoradscy response and its regeneration.

When subjected to injury, the spinal cord's inherent complexity poses significant challenges for effective healing. In this study, gelatin nanofibers loaded with Laurus nobilis extract were developed to serve as a delivery system for adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), aiming to explore its potential immunomodulatory effects in a rat model of spinal cord injury. Through a series of in vitro assessments including scanning electron microscopy imaging, cell viability, anti-inflammatory, cell adhesion, biodegradation, and hemocompatibility assays, the characteristics of the delivery system were thoroughly evaluated.

[Clinical characteristics of children with severe SARS-CoV-2 infection in Yunnan].

To investigate the clinical characteristics of 130 children with severe SARS-CoV-2 infection in Yunnan province after the relaxation of non-pharmaceutical interventions, and analyze the risk factors for mortality. This study is a retrospective case summary that analyzed the demographic data, underlying diseases, clinical diagnoses, disease outcomes, and laboratory results of 130 children with severe COVID-19 infections admitted to nine top-tier hospitals in Yunnan Province from December 2022 to March 2023. According to the prognosis, the patients were divided into survival group and death group.

Background: The situation of the COVID-19 outbreak in the border areas of China and Vietnam is complex, and its progress may affect the willingness of urban and rural residents to receive the vaccine.

Objective: This study aims to understand the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic situation on the willingness of urban and rural residents in China-Vietnam border areas to get vaccinated and the factors that affect the vaccinations.

Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in Hani-Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Honghe, a border area between China and Vietnam, using online and paper questionnaires from April 1 to June 4, 2021.

[A survey and treatment of blindness in Gejiu City of Yunnan Province].

Objective: To calculate the percentage of blindness in the mass and evaluate the current conditions of treatment for cataract.

Methods: In accordance with the national unified standards and procedures, a clue survey of the people aged under 40 years and a general survey of the people over 40 years in Gejiu city, Yunnan province were carried out. In the mean time, operations were performed for the patients with cataract.
