Background: The imposter phenomenon is the unwillingness to acknowledge one's triumphs, which is common among doctors. Research on the imposter phenomenon among mental health professionals is limited, and the relationship between imposter phenomenon, burnout, and compassion fatigue has not been studied. The current study intended to test a hypothesized model of the specific impact paths among burnout, compassion fatigue, maladaptive perfectionism, and imposter phenomenon among mental health professionals.

Lower trapezius tendon transfer is a surgical procedure that has become increasingly popular in recent years. The biggest advantage of this method is that the pulling direction of the lower trapezius is the same as that of the infraspinatus. Thus, the transferred lower trapezius tendon can biomechanically mimic the functions of the posterior-superior rotator cuff.

Ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury is a process in which impaired perfusion is restored by restoring blood flow and tissue recirculation. Nanomedicine uses cutting-edge technologies that emerge from interdisciplinary influences. In the literature, there are very few in vivo and in vitro studies on how cerium oxide (CeO) affects systemic anti-inflammatory response and inflammation.

Background: Potential associations between targeted therapies and a new cancer in patients with inflammatory arthritis (IA) and a previous malignancy are a frequent concern in daily rheumatology practice.
Objectives: To develop points to consider (PTC) to assist rheumatologists when initiating a targeted therapy in the context of a previous malignancy.
Methods: Following EULAR standardised operating procedures, a task force met to define the research questions for a systematic literature review and to formulate the overarching principles (OPs) and the PTC.

Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) due to 21-hydroxylase deficiency accounts for approximately 95% of all CAH cases and is one of the most common inborn errors of metabolism. While glucocorticoid therapy has significantly improved patient outcomes, the focus has shifted towards managing the long-term effects. Numerous adverse outcomes have been associated with CAH, including those resulting from supraphysiological doses of glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid replacement, excessive adrenal androgen secretion, and elevated levels of steroid precursors and adrenocorticotropic hormone.

Background: The SIPPET randomized clinical trial showed that in previously untreated patients (PUPs) with severe hemophilia A, treatment with plasma-derived factor (F)VIII (pdFVIII) within the first 50 exposure days (EDs) was associated with a lower cumulative incidence of inhibitors than with recombinant FVIII (rFVIII). Switching to rFVIII beyond 50 EDs with pdFVIII is a treatment often implemented by many centers. The question is whether or not this switch may induce a risk of inhibitor development.

Background: Arachnoid cysts are extra parenchymal, intra-arachnoid fluid collections of unknown origin, similar in content to cerebrospinal fluid. Suprasellar arachnoid cysts are a rarer localization resulting from abnormalities of the Liliequist membrane or cystic dilatation of the interpeduncular cisterna. We aimed to contribute to the literature by presenting a series of suprasellar arachnoid cyst cases with endoscopic intervention and long-term results.
