Background And Objective: A high degree of lymphocyte infiltration is related to superior outcomes amongst patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Recent evidence indicates that the spatial interactions between tumours and lymphocytes also influence the anti-tumour immune responses, but the spatial analysis at the cellular level remains insufficient.

Methods: We proposed an artificial intelligence-quantified Tumour-Lymphocyte Spatial Interaction score (TLSI-score) by calculating the ratio between the number of spatial adjacent tumour-lymphocyte and the number of tumour cells based on topology cell graph constructed using H&E-stained whole-slide images.

Objective: The aim of this study was to depict the health care-seeking behaviors, disease progression, and medications in patients with SLE and to examine the factors associated with their disease flares, knowledge, and attitudes toward SLE in China.

Background: The watch-and-wait (W&W) strategy and local excision (LE) have been used in patients with clinical complete response (cCR) for rectal cancer, but the comparative outcomes of the two strategies are controversial. We compared the efficacy of the W&W strategy with LE for rectal cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) or total neoadjuvant therapy (TNT).

Research Design And Methods: Several domestic and foreign databases were searched for the relevant literature on comparative trials of the W&W strategy and LE surgery for rectal cancer after neoadjuvant therapy with the following outcomes; differences in local recurrence (LR), distant metastasis (DM/DM+LR), 3-year disease-free survival (DFS), 3-year local recurrence-free survival (LRFS) and 3-year overall survival (OS).

Cervical adenofibroma without clinical symptoms: report of a rare case.

Adenofibroma is an extremely rare benign biphasic tumour composed of glandular and fibrous tissues. It occurs more often in the endometrium but it can also occur in the cervix and extrauterine sites. This case report describes a 39-year-old asymptomatic woman with cervical adenofibroma.

Purpose: The tumorigenesis of bladder cancer has been proven to be related to the increased expression of lncRNA RP11-89, the participation of which in glioblastoma (GBM) is unknown. We predicted that RP11-89 could be targeted by miR-623, which targets cyclin D1. We then analyzed the role of RP11-89 in GBM.
