Aim: The present study was carried out to understand the experience of the practicing psychiatrists in using and complying with the MHCA 2017 and to bring out the problems and suggested reforms, if any, in various provisions of the MHCA 2017.
Methods: An online survey by practicing psychiatrists of Indian Psychiatric Society on the various sections and provisions of the MHCA 17 was carried out through structured and open-ended responses.

Introduction And Importance: Xanthogranulomatous inflammation of the female genital tract is a rare condition involving ovarian tubes characterized by chronic inflammation and destruction of pelvic organs, often mimicking pelvic malignancy.
Case Presentation: A 37-year-old female with a history of chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and treated pulmonary tuberculosis, presented with lower abdominal fullness, pain, and irregular menstrual cycles.
Clinical Discussion: Radiological investigations revealed a significant left adnexal mass, suggesting a tubo-ovarian abscess or neoplastic lesion.

Third nerve palsy is rarely linked to IIH, although sixth nerve palsy is reported in the majority of individuals with IIH.

Settings And Design: The study employed an in vitro design with a stainless steel die model featuring a 6 mm axial wall height, a 6-degree total occlusal convergence, and a radial shoulder finish line.
Materials And Methods: Thirty stone dies were created from silicone impressions of the metal die and poured using type-IV dental stone.
