Background: The aim of this study was to determine when primary metacarpal corrective osteotomy is recommended in patients with Flatt type IV radial polydactyly.

Methods: A total of 78 patients with Flatt type IV radial polydactyly were included. The authors performed metacarpal osteotomy if the angulation of the metacarpophalangeal joint was not correctable by the intraoperative radial stress test.

Background: Measurement of C-reactive protein (CRP) levels as a screening test for acute periprosthetic joint infection has high sensitivity and low specificity. Background/purpose: The purpose of this report was to review the results of the antegrade continence enema (ACE) procedure and to compare the outcomes of right and left colon ACEs in children.
