Although a number of premalignant and malignant lesions affect the genitalia of men, such as condyloma acuminata, erythroplasia of queyrat, squamous cell carcinoma, hyperkeratotic balanitis is rare and a patient showing both hyperkeratotic and well-differentaited squamous cell carcinoma is rarer. We report the case of a 42-year-old male, who had a hyperkeratotic plaque like lesions over the glans, with accompanied atrophic areas.

Introduction: Atrophic dermatofibroma is a rare variant of dermatofibroma which is many times underdiagnosed.
Case Report: We report a case report of a 29-year-old female who came to the dermatology department with black-colored lesions on the lower leg for the past 7 years. Histopathological examination revealed a non-encapsulated dermal tumor involving upper to deep reticular dermis and extending to superficial subcutis.

The police and relatives may be bewildered by them, and forensic pathologists need to be well versed with the intricacies that they can pose. We studied postmortem records over a year and report three cases of ant bite artefacts which led the relatives and the police to suspect the manner of death.

Background: Tolvaptan is an orally administered, nonpeptide, selective arginine vasopressin V(2) receptor antagonist that increases free water clearance, thereby correcting and increasing the low serum sodium levels in patients of cirrhosis, where hyponatremai is am major encountered problem.
Aims: Evaluate the efficacy and tolerabilty of tolvaptan in cirrhotics with symptomatic hyponatremia that resist correction with fluid restriction. Intellectual improvement assessed using Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ) pre and post therapy(on conclusion).

Cerebrovascular accident during hypertensive disorder of pregnancy is a rare entity, but carries high risk of mortality and morbidity due to its unpredictable onset and late diagnosis. Here, we report an unusual case of 20-year-old primigravida with 34 weeks gestation having no risk factor, which developed sudden atypical eclampsia and intracranial hemorrhage within few hours. She was successfully managed by multidisciplinary approach including emergency cesarean section and conservative neurological treatment for intraventricular hemorrhage.

Objective: This is a prospective, randomized study designed to demonstrate the efficacy of three study drugs (Levosulpiride, Domperidone and Metoclopramide) in Functional Dyspepsia. Subject recruitment was done from medicine outpatient department of the teaching hospital from June 2013 to November 2013.
Materials And Methods: The data collection was performed by the Short-Form Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire (SF-LDQ) question instrument for assessing the dyspeptic symptoms of functional dyspepsia in patients enrolled in the study were assessed at base line (Prior to initiation of therapy) and at the next 4 weeks on a 5-point scale.

The Bardet-Biedl syndrome (BBS) is a rare ciliopathic human autosomal-recessive disorder, affecting multiple organ systems. Less than 15 cases have been reported from India. The authors present a classical case of BBS presenting to dermatology outpatient with hypogonadism and features such as marked central obesity, retinal dystrophy, polydactyly, structural renal abnormalities and mental retardation, along with a brief review of the literature.

Objective: The aim of the study was to compare efficacy and tolerability of aripiprazole with olanzapine in the short-term treatment of schizophrenia in an Indian population.
Method: This was a randomized double-blind controlled study comparing aripiprazole and olanzapine in the treatment of individuals with schizophrenia in an inpatient clinical setting. Sixty subjects between 18 and 65 years of age, who fulfilled the ICD-10 criteria for schizophrenia, were enrolled.

The anatomical variations of the brachial plexus in humans have clinical significance for surgeons, radiologists, and anatomists. In a study of 60 brachial plexuses, four trunked brachial plexuses were encountered in three limbs (two female and one male), all of them being post fixed and on left side of cadavers. The third trunk in all these limbs gave rise to two anterior divisions (upper and lower) and one posterior division.

The Buschke-Löwenstein tumour is an extremely rare, slow-growing, locally destructive, cauliflower-like mass, also known as giant condyloma acuminatum. We report a case of a 42-year-old man who presented to the department of surgery with a two-year history of a perineal tumour. The mass was painless initially but had become painful more recently.
