Objective: To summarize the strategy and method for the treatment of critically ill patients with self-made extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) system.
Methods: A observative study was conducted. Fifty-six patients with ECMO assisted support in Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Disease Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled.

Objective: To summarize the management experience of helicopter medical transport in patients with critical heart disease, so as to provide reference for transport of patients with critical heart disease under the background of major natural disasters.
Methods: The clinical and transport data of 36 critically ill cardiac patients in Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital from 16:30 on July 21 to 19:30 on July 22, 2021 due to historically rare heavy rainstorms were collected. All 36 critically ill cardiac patients were transported by helicopter.

Objective: To compare the curative effects of different venous cannulas and drainage to improve patient's whole body oxygenation during the auxiliary process of venous-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO) in lung transplantation.
Methods: From December 2016 to December 2019, 12 patients who were assisted by VA-ECMO in one lung transplantation in People's Hospital of Henan Province were selected as the research objects. According to the number of side holes of venous cannulas, they were divided into two groups: one group with few side holes and other group with multiple side holes.
