Introduction: Dental autotransplantation is a surgical procedure that involves the implantation of a tooth with incomplete root development to replace an injured or missing tooth. An initial surgery was performed to attempt orthodontic traction without success after 6 months.

Technique: Preoperative assessment included mandibular cone beam computed tomography to visualise two canines.
