Anterior tibial tuberosity osteotomy is a well-described therapeutic option for the treatment of patellar instability. External torsion of the anterior tibial tuberosity can be one of several factors that adversely affect the patellofemoral joint and its stability. The Anterior Tibial Tubercle Internal Torsion Osteotomy (ATTITO) allows the correction of excessive external torsion of the tibial tuberosity in a safe and reproducible manner.

Introduction: The indications for total knee arthroplasty (TKA) are expanding to include younger and more active patients. Several recent studies have warned of a higher revision rate and lower patient satisfaction in younger patients. The aim of this study was to assess the survival of TKAs in patients under the age of 55 and to determine the risk factors for revision and complications.

Introduction: Spinopelvic kinematics, reflected by the change in spinopelvic tilt (ΔSPT) from a standing position to a flexed seated position, has been associated with the risk of prosthetic impingement and hip dislocation. Some studies have suggested changes in spinopelvic mobility after total hip arthroplasty (THA), but none have explored changes in mobility in the first three months following THA using a direct anterior approach.

Hypothesis: Our hypothesis was that changes in spinopelvic mobility occur in the first 3 months postoperatively, leading to increased hip mobility and increased spinopelvic kinematic abnormalities.

We hypothesized that "augmented RT" schedules (defined as either dose-escalation on the prostate gland over 78Gy and/or addition of whole pelvic radiotherapy (WPRT)), combined with long-term ADT can reach excellent prostate cancer specific survival (PCSS) in this population with little detrimental impact on quality of life.

Front-of-Package (FOP) nutrition labels are designed to convey the healthiness of food products and help consumers make healthier choices. This research examines how French consumers' responses to a FOP nutrition label-Nutri-Score-are influenced by their initial expectations regarding the overall healthiness of products. Based on expectancy-disconfirmation theory, we hypothesize that when consumers expect products to have a better score than the one displayed on the FOP label, the label will enhance guilt perception and reduce purchase intention.

Background: Randomised controlled trials (RCTs) have found antibiotics to be a feasible and safe alternative to appendicectomy in adults with imaging-confirmed acute appendicitis. We aimed to compare antibiotics with appendicectomy for the treatment of acute appendicitis using individual patient data and uniform outcome definitions.

A multicenter Phase II randomized, placebo-controlled single-blind trial with the SV2A ligand seletracetam in photosensitive epilepsy patients.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of seletracetam (SEL), a potent modulator of synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A (SV2A), in patients with photoparoxysmal EEG response (PPR) to intermittent photic stimulation (IPS) as proof-of-principle of efficacy in patients with epilepsy. In this multicenter, single-blind Phase II study, adults with photosensitive epilepsy, with/without concomitant antiseizure medication therapy, underwent IPS under 3 eye conditions (at eye closure, eyes closed and eyes open) after a single oral dose of placebo (day - 1) or SEL (day 1; 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 10, or 20 mg).

These diets generally exclude a food group or macronutrients and may also restrict energy intake; they become popular quickly but often lack substantial scientific evidence to support their efficacy and safety.
