[Correlation of clinical joint function with histopathological features of knee joint fibrosis].

To investigate the correlation between the joint function and the histologic grading after total knee arthroplasty, to aid in the early diagnosis and prognostication of arthrofibrosis. A total of 29 patients including 22 females and 7 males were enrolled retrospectively from October 2015 to October 2020. These patients had a mean age of 63 years (range 41 to 79 years) and underwent total knee revision in Jishuitan Hospital due to joint contraction or loss of range of motion.

[The diagnostic value of CCNB3 and BCOR expression in BCOR-CCNB3 sarcoma].

Background: Open-door laminoplasty (ODL) and French-door laminoplasty (FDL) are the main laminoplasty techniques used to treat cervical ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (C-OPLL). However, few studies have compared the outcomes of ODL and modified FDL (mFDL) for C-OPLL. We explored the differences in outcomes between ODL and mFDL for C-OPLL and analyzed the technical efficacy of each procedure in patients with K-line (+) or (-) C-OPLL.

The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical features and prognostic significance of Ig isotype switching by observing Ig transformation in patients with relapse. Background: Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) is a novel gas transmitter signaling molecule. H₂S is synthesized by cystathionine β-synthase (CBS), cystathionine γ-lyase (CSE), and 3-mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase (MST). There have been no reports about the roles of these enzymes in osteosarcoma and its metastases.

Outcomes of early endoscopic realignment for blunt straddle injuries to the bulbar urethra: a single-center retrospective study.

Background: The optimal acute management of patients with blunt straddle injury to the bulbar urethra remains in question. Conventionally, suprapubic diversion with delayed urethroplasty can always be considered, if necessary, but the role of early endoscopic realignment (EER) in the acute management of blunt straddle injuries to bulbar urethra is controversial. We report our clinical experience and outcomes with EER for patients with straddle injury to the bulbar urethra in a level one trauma center.

[Outcomes of partial pubectomy assisted anastomotic urethroplasty for male patients with pelvic fracture urethral distraction defect].

Objective: To summarize the clinical outcomes of partial pubectomy assisted anastomotic urethroplasty for male patients with pelvic fracture urethral distraction defect (PFUDD) and discuss the skills of partial pubectomy.
