Objective: To explore influencing factors of functional recovery after ankle fracture of typeⅡdegree and above supination-external rotation.
Methods: Clinical data of 120 patients with ankle fractures of typeⅡdegree and above supination-external rotation admitted from February 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS), patients were divided into excellent group with 73 patients (90 to 100 points), good group with 35 patients (75 to 89 points), and fair group with 12 patients(<50 points).

Introduction: Transversus abdominis plane (TAP) blocks are commonly performed for postoperative analgesia in elective cesarean section. Ropivacaine is the most commonly used local anesthetic for TAP blocks. Currently, the concentration of ropivacaine for TAP blocks is various, and increasing number of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have compared the effects of different concentration of ropivacaine for TAP blocks in cesarean section.

Introduction: Ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block and erector spinae plane block are widely used for postoperative analgesia in adult patients undergoing abdominal surgeries. This protocol aims to compare the analgesic effects between ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block and erector spinae plane block on postoperative pain in abdominal surgeries.
Methods And Analysis: Four databases, including PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), will be searched.

The process of tissue damage, repair, and regeneration in the skeletal muscle system involves complex inflammatory processes. Factors released in the inflammatory microenvironment can affect the phenotypic changes of macrophages, thereby changing the inflammatory process, making macrophages an important target for tissue repair treatment. Mesenchymal stem cells exert anti-inflammatory effects by regulating immune cells.

Integrin-beta 1 (ITGB1) is aberrantly overexpressed or downregulated in solid cancers; however, its prognostic value remains controversial. Therefore, we conducted a meta-analysis to explore whether ITGB1 expression is correlated with overall survival (OS) and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with solid cancers. We systematically searched the PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases for eligible studies published up to June 1, 2017.

Objective: To explore an improved method of surgical operation for reposition of the articular surface with Type III Pilon fractures.
Methods: From January 1999 to December 2005, 20 patients (22 sides) with Type III Pilon fractures were treated with the delayed open reduction and the internal fixation, which took the superior articular surface of the talus as a templet so as to reposition the lower articular surface of the tibia, strengthen the bone transplantation, fasten the internal fixation, and make an early functional exercise possible. Complete data were obtained from 16 of the patients with 18 sides (13 males, 15 sides; 3 females, 3 sides; age, 14-48 years).
