Does T1c-2N0-1M0 triple negative breast cancer derive a benefit from neoadjuvant chemotherapy?

Objectives: Although neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NCT) is a standard approach for operable triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), the potential risks brought by it should also be noticed. Is the expanding indication of NCT to T1cN0M0 population appropriate? We conducted an investigation to compare the long-term survival of small tumor TNBC between NCT and adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT).

Background: Chondrosarcoma is a malignant tumor that originates from mesenchymal cells that have differentiated into chondrocytes, often growing laterally, rarely seen in the cranium, and seldom seen in the saddle area. We believe that only a few cases have been reported in the literature. We report a case of pituitary fossa chondrosarcoma, which was completely resected by an extended endoscopic endonasal approach, and a literature review.

Methods: From July 2006 to October 2011, 27 patients with cervical spinal cord injury were divided into experiment group, including 20 males and 7 females with an average age of 69 years old (ranged 65 to 78 years old). The other 22 patients with the same degree of cervical spianl cord injury and the same period hospitalization were chosen to regard as control group, including 16 males and 6 females with an average age of 47 years old (ranged 38 to 65 years old).

Results: Using the simple semi-fixed lingual arch can correct the malposition of mandibular molar's linguoclination or buccolination quickly and successfully.
