Objective: To explore the values of 4 prognostic score systems in evaluation of clinical effecacy for patients with newly diagnosed chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (CML-CP) treated with imatnib mesylate (IM) and the relationship between 4 prognostic score systems and deep molecular response (MR4.5).

Methods: The clinical data of 240 CML-CP patients treated with imatinib mesylate in our hospital between Janunay 2008 and December 2017 were analyzed retrospecively.

Objective To observe the effect of panax notoginsenosides (PNS) on cardiac function of rats after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and investigate the influence of PNS on the mobilization of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs). Methods A total of 48 rats were randomly assigned into the sham group, AMI group, low-dose PNS group [100 mg/(kg.d)] and high-dose PNS group [500 mg/(kg.

State Key Laboratory of Drug Research, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, People's Republic of China.

Purpose: To investigate the effects of probenecid and cimetidine on the pharmacokinetics of nemonoxacin in humans.

Methods: Two independent, open-label, randomized, crossover studies were conducted in 24 (12 per study) healthy Chinese volunteers. In Study 1, each volunteer received a single oral dose of 500 mg of nemonoxacin alone or with 1.

Aim: To evaluate the effects of an Al(3+)- and Mg(2+)-containing antacid, ferrous sulfate, and calcium carbonate on the absorption of nemonoxacin in healthy humans.

Methods: Two single-dose, open-label, randomized, crossover studies were conducted in 24 healthy male Chinese volunteers (12 per study). In Study 1, the subjects orally received nemonoxacin (500 mg) alone, or an antacid (containing 318 mg of Al(3+) and 496 mg of Mg(2+)) plus nemonoxacin administered 2 h before, concomitantly or 4 h after the antacid.

School of Chinese Material Medical of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, 232 East Waihuan Road, Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510006, China.

Moschus compatible with borneolum synthcticum is a well-known herb pair in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the present study aims to assess the neuroprotective effect of a formula composed of this herb pair on ischemia stroke in rats. The middle cerebral artery occlusion model of focal cerebral ischemia in rat was performed by using intraluminal suture method. The behavioral scores, infarct volume, and neuron ultrastructure of model and formula-treated rats were investigated after the 2 h of ischemia and 24 h of reperfusion.
