This study presents an architectural approach for building a conceptual model of artificial general intelligence (AGI). The architectural approach is generally used to model information systems (IS) of enterprises and can be also used as part of a system-wide approach to describe other complex open systems. The article is devoted to the study of the issue of changing the functionality of nurses, analyzing the opinions of nurses and doctors themselves on the implementation of such an innovation, assessing the benefits and consequences associated with expanding the functions and increasing the role of nurses in the medical community. The research is based on CHAID-analysis of data from a questionnaire survey conducted in 2020, which revealed the respondents' attitude to the idea of improving the status of nurses and expanding their functions, expectations of the possible reaction of the medical community and patients to this innovation, and the development of so-called «trees» of classifications for various variables. The collected and systematized data on changes in the functionality of nurses can serve as a starting point for the possible expansion of the functions and powers of nurses in the metropolitan health care, as well as increasing the role and status of nurses in the professional environment.

Objective: The COVID-19 pandemic made working from home (WFH) the new way of working. This study investigates the impact that family-work conflict, social isolation, distracting environment, job autonomy, and self-leadership have on employees' productivity, work engagement, and stress experienced when WFH during the pandemic.

Methods: This cross-sectional study analyzed data collected through an online questionnaire completed by 209 employees WFH during the pandemic.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the role of individual (work engagement, personal initiative), group (transformational, transactional, passive-avoidant leadership) and organisational factors (support for innovation climate) in fostering the two components of nurses' innovative behaviours, idea generation and idea implementation.

Design And Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted in an Italian public hospital, in two departments that had been created by merging other departments. A self-report questionnaire was completed by 118 nurses.

The article is devoted to the study of motivation of medical organization employees to work. A competent system of motivation of medical personnel, focused on building long-term goals and development conditions, supporting the organizational climate and increasing the involvement of medical workers in their work, solves most of the problems that any medical organization faces. In addition, the policy of the medical institution, the values of the management itself and a favorable psychological climate are important factors in motivating doctors and nurses.

Aim: To validate the Ethical Leadership Scale by Brown, Treviño and Harrison (2005) in Italian language, and assess, in health care setting, whether ethical leadership is related to leader-member exchange and also job satisfaction, work engagement, cynicism and organisational service climate.

Background: Ethics is a key component in health care professions, and leaders have to encourage ethical behaviour. Unfortunately, no instrument is currently validated in Italy and the associations between this construct and the proposed measures have been understudied.
