Three patients with symptomatic molars and periapical radiolucency and with different treatment complexities had been referred for endodontic retreatment. For the removal of the fiber posts and endodontic retreatment, 3-dimensionally printed guides were designed from intraoral and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans with a digital planning software program.
