The objective of this study was to assess the components of postural balance among working and non-working men and women aged 65-69. A total of 120 people within the age range of 65-69 were screened. The first group included 30 female and 30 male patients who continued working beyond retirement.

[Older age vitality and retirement (literature review).].

The article provides a review of research literature on the social and psychological peculiarities of working and non-working pensioners with additional new data on their life quality. Six psychographic profiles of pensioners based on their post-retirement activities and motivations for new life path choices were described and examined, enabling identification of the subjects' personality types. These data are essential for psychologists and social workers consulting people approaching retirement age and recent retirees on their retirement lifestyle, ways to organize their working life and effective (creative) pastime, including career development later in life, without sacrificing their physical and mental health.

The objective of this study was to identify the age-related peculiarities of the coordinated motor response and voluntary shift of the center of gravity (COG) in females aged 85-95. A total of 68 women within the age range of 85-95 were screened, mean age (М±SD) - 89,3±3. The first group comprised 37 women between the chronological ages of 85 and 89 (mean age: 86,9±1,6).

Materials And Methods: The regulatory legal acts and the practice of interaction of various levels of public authority during the COVID-19 pandemic in federations (Australia, India, Canada, USA) were research.

Results: It has been established that a dual federal system with strict rules for the distribution of powers and responsibilities between the federation and its regions impedes a coordinated national response in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, while various forms of executive federalism serve as the key to successfully countering this threat.

[Analysis of the development of acute coronary syndrome during the COVID-19 pandemic].

The study compares two groups of patients with acute coronary syndrome, depending on the presence of COVID-19 in the anamnesis. The comparison groups analyzed the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, including smoking, heredity, gender differences, age, diabetes, and obesity. The results of biochemical blood tests were analyzed.

[ORGANIZATION OF MEDICAL REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH COVID-19 IN THE POST-HOSPITAL PERIOD].

The COVID-19 pandemic poses new challenges for the health sector, related to the organization of medical rehabilitation of patients with COVID-19. Special attention is required for patients after artificial ventilation, who have a high risk of developing physical, mental and cognitive disorders. There are acute post-ovoid syndrome lasting more than 3 weeks and chronic-lasting more than 12 weeks after discharge from the hospital.

Conceptual principles and patterns of legal regulation of the processes of storage, access and data protection of genome sequencing in foreign countries as the basis for the modernization of Russian legislation.

The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need to resolve ethical problems that arise in the framework of legal regulation of genome-wide sequencing in Russia and foreign countries. The purpose of this research is to form ethical principles that should become a reference point for law - making in this area. In order to achieve this goal, we have solved the tasks of studying the normative legal acts of Russia and a number of foreign countries from an ethical point of view.

[Embolization of the internal iliac artery during endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms].

An abdominal aortic aneurysm is one of frequently encountered cardiovascular diseases, which is often accompanied by an aneurysm of the common and/or internal iliac arteries. Recent trends are towards increased use of endovascular methods of treatment, associated with a certain risk for the development of type IIa endoleaks. This raises the question as to the necessity of embolization of the internal iliac artery while covering it with a stent graft.

[Storage, access and protection of full genome sequencing data in Russia and foreign countries: practical aspect.].

The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need to resolve legal problems in the field of observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when storing, accessing and protecting full genome sequencing data. The purpose of this study is the formation of conceptual criteria on the basis of which a new model of regulatory regulation of this sphere of public relations will be built. To achieve this goal, the tasks of studying the regulatory legal acts in force in Russia and a number of foreign countries were solved.
