Background: Moyamoya disease (MMD) and moyamoya syndrome (MMS) are considered rare in Indonesia, without any proper epidemiological data backing this claim. Hence, this case series aims to assess all MMD and MMS cases from the perspective of a multicentre private hospital in Indonesia.

Methods: This is a descriptive analysis using data from the picture archiving and communication system (PACS) from January 2019 to December 2023.

This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to evaluate the correlation between breast density measurements obtained from various software and visual assessments by radiologists using full-field digital mammography (FFDM).

Methods: Following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, five databases (Pubmed, Google Scholar, Science Direct, Cochrane Library, and MEDLINE) were searched for studies correlating volumetric breast density with breast cancer risk.

An Umbrella Review and Updated Meta-Analysis of Imaging Modalities in Occult Scaphoid and Hip and Femoral Fractures.

Occult fractures may cause multiple morbidities. If occult fractures were detected earlier, complications may be preventable. This umbrella review and updated meta-analysis will aim to evaluate the use of imaging modalities in detecting occult scaphoid and hip fractures.

High Prevalence of Myocardial Bridging Detected in an Indonesian Population Using Multi-Detector Computed Tomography.

: Myocardial bridging (MB) is still not yet considered a significant finding in Indonesia both radiographically and clinically. Hence, this article aims to assess the prevalence of MB using multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT) and look at factors contributing to stenosis amongst patients with MB. This study is cross-sectional in a single centre, with consecutive sampling, looking at all patients who underwent a multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT) scan from February 2021 until February 2023.

A systematic review and meta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy of chest ultrasound in diagnosing pediatric pulmonary tuberculosis.

Introduction: Despite medical advancement, pediatric pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) still has high morbidity and mortality, due to challenging detection in clinical practice. Ultrasound has been touted as the next best diagnostic tool but currently, this claim is unfounded. Therefore, this study aims to systematically review the diagnostic parameters of chest ultrasound in diagnosing pediatric PTB.

Introduction: the objective was to evaluate the impact of IDH1 R132H mutation, MGMT methylation and PD-L1 expression in high grade glioma that received standard therapy (surgery, radiation and chemotherapy) to overall survival (OS).

Methods: this is a retrospective study of 35 high grade glioma cases. Genotyping of IDH1 gene alteration on the mutation hotspot R132 (Sanger sequencing method with Applied Biosystems 3500 Genetic Analyzer), EZ DNA Methylation-Gold kit (Zymo Research) is used to study the methylation, Cell line BT549 (ATCC HTB-122) and HCT-116 (ATCC CCL-247) were used as unmethylated control and partially methylated control respectively.
