Background: Primary care provides an important context to engage adolescents and their families in healthy lifestyles with the goal of reducing future behaviour-related health problems. Developing a valid tool to assess health professionals' skills in behavioural change counselling is integral to improving the quality of clinical care provided to adolescents in Indonesia.
Methods: This work was nested within a project to develop a training program to enhance the behaviour-change counselling of adolescents and their parents by Indonesian primary care professionals.

Hereditary angioedema (HAE) is a rare autosomal dominant genetic disorder which causes bradykinin mediated angioedema. Although it can be life threatening, HAE may be underdiagnosed due to a lack of awareness of the disease and limited access to laboratory testing. Here, we report a case of HAE which was diagnosed only after the patient was referred for COVID-19 vaccination even though he had been experiencing recurrent angioedema for the past 30 years.

Long-term inflammation and recurrent skin infection in recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB) are associated with the presence of immunoglobulin A (IgA)-containing immune complexes in the glomerulus. Only eight pediatric RDEB cases with IgA nephropathy (IgAN) have been documented in English-language literature. Most RDEB patients with IgAN progress to kidney failure within 5 years of diagnosis, indicating that these patients may require more intensive early treatment compared to those with primary IgAN.
