Materials And Methods: This prospective observational study was done in the Outpatient Department of General Medicine from January 1, 2021 till December 31, 2021 on patients with confirmed T2DM and on insulin therapy.

In this article, we review present evidence of the clinical diagnosis and management of MTS. Here, we conducted a literature review of studies on MTS.

Aim And Objective: To examine if sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) alone or SOFA in combination with pH is a better prognosis and mortality indicator.
Materials And Methods: We conducted a prospective observational study in a total of sixty patients. The mortality of patients was predicted on the basis of a SOFA score alone or SOFA score in combination with pH, and the prediction by both was compared to the actual outcome.

A total of 125 such children were divided into two age groups of 2-12 months (Group A) and 13-60 months (Group B). After taking a history and clinical examination, routine investigations including full blood count, blood, urine, and nasopharyngeal swab culture and radiology were performed.

Purpose: Continuous positive air pressure (CPAP) is recommended for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) but cost and compliance are major barriers. A mandibular advancement device (MAD) may be an economical, feasible alternative to CPAP. Various studies have been published to recommend MAD as an alternative to CPAP for OSA, but not regarding its efficacy for patients having OSA as well as T2DM.
