Neurocutaneous melanosis (NCM) is a rare, congenital non-hereditary syndrome, characterized by multiple pigmented nevi. We report the radiologic findings of a newborn who had extensive cutaneous melanotic nevus with satellite lesions in the brain. Ultrasound showed multiple echogenic foci in the cerebral parenchyma.

In this study, a new modified surgical technique is presented for anatomic acromioclavicular (AC) joint reconstruction made by the application of anterior tibialis tendon autograft, three-way tunnel (two clavicular and one coracoid) and hook plate. The study is aimed to evaluate the post-operative short-term results of patients who underwent this treatment. A total of 11 patients underwent AC joint reconstruction because of persistent AC subluxation.

Acute liver failure is defined as rapid loss of liver function that patients without previously recognized liver disease sustain a liver damage. Acute liver failure due to non-exertional heatstroke has rarely been reported. We reported here an unusual case of heat stroke induced acute liver failure (ALF) after sauna.
