Blinatumomab is a bispecific T-cell engager administered as a 28-day continuous infusion. Infusions can be associated with interruptions requiring support from clinical staff, but the frequency of interventions with outpatient blinatumomab has not been characterized. This study is a single-center, retrospective review of patients who received blinatumomab between December 3, 2014 and October 31, 2021 to determine frequency and type of interventions.

Purpose: Pencil Beam Scanning (PBS) proton therapy has similar requirements on patient alignment to within 1 mm and 1-degree accuracy as photon radiosurgery. This study describes general workflow, acceptance, and commissioning test procedures and their respective results for an independent robotic arm used for Image Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT) for a Proton Therapy System.
Methods: The system is equipped with kV-imaging techniques capable of orthogonal and Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) imaging modalities mounted on an independent robotic arm gantry attached to the ceiling.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to assess wellbeing in entering first-year student pharmacists beginning their doctor of pharmacy degree program.
Methods: This was a mixed-methods study conducted in entering first-year student pharmacists during their pharmacy school orientation. After their wellbeing orientation session, students were asked to complete a voluntary survey that asked students to rate their current level of wellbeing according to the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS).

We present a case report of an otherwise healthy 37-year-old male without pertinent cardiac history or risk factors, who presented with cardiac trauma after a motor vehicle collision (MVC). Initial workup including electrocardiogram (ECG), transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE), and uptrending serial troponins warranted coronary angiography, during which occlusive thrombi were discovered in the proximal right coronary artery (pRCA), the right posterolateral vessel (rPL), and the right posterior descending artery (PDA). Subsequently, the patient underwent percutaneous coronary intervention of the RCA and PDA with aspiration thrombectomy.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is underdiagnosed in women compared with men. Women have a tendency to underreport or present with atypical symptoms such as behavior changes, insomnia, fatigue, and depression. Nocturia, waking up from sleep 2 times or more to void, has been shown to be associated with OSA, but it is not an included symptom in commonly used screening questionnaires in primary provider offices.
