There is an extreme dearth of empirical studies assessing the neuropsychiatric outcome of non-fatal hanging that indicates little attention to the area has been paid. We aimed to report the memory disturbances of 14 cases after an immediate non-fatal hanging attempt. Introduction And Importance: The primal instinct of neurosurgeons has been to maintain spinal stability and motion since the beginning of spinal procedures. Conventional anterior approaches without fusion eliminate motion in time as fusion invariably sets in and hampers the vertebral column's normal dynamic physiology.
Case Presentation: We reported a 60 years old male patient who presented with signs of myelopathy, but his primary complaint was brachialgia.

Background: Rapid increase in COVID-19 suspected cases has rendered disease diagnosis challenging, mainly depending upon RT-qPCR. Reliable, rapid, and cost-effective diagnostic assays that complement RT-qPCR should be introduced after thoroughly evaluating their performance upon various disease phases, viral load, and sample storage conditions.
Objective: We investigated the correlation of cycle threshold (Ct) value, which implies the viral load and infection phase, and the storage condition of the clinical specimen with the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 through our newly developed in-house rapid enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) system.
