In recent years, significant progress has been made in video-based person re-identification (Re-ID). The key challenge in video person Re-ID lies in effectively constructing discriminative and robust person feature representations. Methods based on local regions utilize spatial and temporal attention to extract representative local features.

To solve the problem of oscillation instability in permanent magnetic synchronous generator (PMSG)-based wind power connected systems during low-voltage ride through (LVRT) process, a parameter adjustment strategy based on interaction energy path optimization is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a modular state-space model of PMSG under fault transient conditions is constructed, and the system is divided into five subsystems. Then, the dynamic energy function of subsystems reflecting the oscillation stability of the system is derived.

The proliferation of virtual synchronous generator (VSG) technology within series-compensated double-fed induction generator (DFIG)-based wind farms is substantially hampered by the attendant risk of subsynchronous control interaction (SSCI), resulting in a significant research deficiency on systematic control interaction analysis and the development of mitigation strategies. The paper proposes an advanced active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) framework, incorporating real-time compensation mechanisms to mitigate the inadequate suppression efficacy attributable to the VSG's diminished output impedance. Initially, the mathematical expression for the VSG output impedance is rigorously deduced, and the positive damping attributes of the VSG in relation to SSCI are elucidated from the perspective of underlying mechanistic principles.

Aiming at the problem of large measurement error and phase shift in resistance voltage dividers under high-frequency conditions in the field of power measurement, such as power harmonics, an error correction method is proposed for an alternating current (AC) resistance voltage divider based on the equivalence principle. Firstly, the frequency error model of the AC resistance voltage divider precision is established, and the angle difference of the continuous spectrum ratio difference from 50 Hz to 100 kHz is corrected by determining the shielding structure and the resistance parameters and fine-tuning the shielding potential correction method to reduce the capacities error of the AC resistance voltage divider design precision. At the same time, the performance parameters such as the direction and magnitude of the shielding potential compensation capacitive error are investigated.

Many state-of-the-art researches focus on predicting infection scale or threshold in infectious diseases or rumor and give the vaccination strategies correspondingly. In these works, most of them assume that the infection probability and initially infected individuals are known at the very beginning. Generally, infectious diseases or rumor has been spreading for some time when it is noticed.

Hierarchically porous carbons (HPCs), with large specific surface area, abundant porous channels and adequate anchor points, act as one type of ideal carbon supports for the preparation of single-atom electrocatalysts. In this study, the blood plasma-derived HPC with an interconnected porous framework is constructed a generated-template method, with the formation of ZnS nanoparticles from the abundant disulfide bonds (-S-S-) in serum albumin. After the thermal activation with heme-containing molecules (also from the bovine-blood biowaste), the HPC exhibits high-exposure and low-spin-state Fe(ii)-N atomic active sites, and thereby presents a superior oxygen reduction reaction activity (the half wave potential of 0.

In this study, hydrochar was prepared from wheat straw (WS) and Spartina alterniflora (SA) biomass by hydrothermal carbonization, and further treated with HCl and NaOH washing, HNO oxidization and low temperature thermal heating. The reducing capacity (RC) of sample was quantified by I titration to explore how these modification methods affected the redox properties of hydrochar. The results indicated HNO and thermal oxidization increased the RC of hydrochar by 2-5 folds while NaOH washing had the negative effect on samples' RC.
