Introduction: The restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a common heritable neurologic disorder which is characterized by an irresistible desire to move and unpleasant sensations in the legs.

Methods: We aim to identify new variants associated with RLS by performing genome-wide linkage and subsequent association analysis of forty member's family with history of RLS.

Results: We found evidence of linkage for three loci 7q21.

To estimate economic burden of severe asthma in Turkey from payer perspective based on expert panel opinion on practice patterns in clinical practice. This cost of illness study was based on identification of per patient annual direct medical costs for the management of sever easthma in Turkey from payer perspective. Average per patient direct medical cost was calculated based on cost items related to outpatient visits, laboratory and radiological tests, hospitalizations and interventions, drug treatment and equipment, and co-morbidities/complications.

Background: Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) is an inherited cardiomyopathy characterized by ventricular arrhythmias and specific ventricular pathology. Repolarization abnormalities, the significant contributor to life-threatening arrhythmias and mortality, are frequently observed ECG changes in patients with ARVC. This study aimed to evaluate the changes in Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT, Tp-e/QTc ratio, and traditional electrocardiographic features of electrical dispersion in patients with ARVC.

This study evaluated the coronary clearance frame count (CCFC) in patients with cardiac syndrome X (CSX). Methods The retrospective study enrolled patients with angina, who had a positive nuclear imaging test and normal coronary angiography; and a control group consisting of patients who underwent an angiogram to exclude coronary artery disease.
