Objectives: To assess the prevalence of hypertension in children with infrequently relapsing nephrotic syndrome (IRNS) and its association with dyslipidemia, and end organ damage including left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), at relapse and after steroid induced remission.
Methods: Prospective observational study conducted in 83 children aged 1-12 years with IRNS, presenting in relapse. Blood pressure, fundus examination, blood and urine investigations were done at relapse and then at 4 weeks of therapy.

Background: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is one of the most common medical conditions affecting pregnancy and significantly increasing the risk for maternal and perinatal complications. The aim of the present study is to study the correlation of fetal anterior abdominal wall thickness (FAAWT) and other standard fetal biometric parameters measured by ultrasound between 36 and 39 weeks of gestation with neonatal birth weight in pregnancies complicated by GDM.
Methods: Prospective cohort study in a tertiary care center including 100 singleton pregnancies with GDM were subjected to ultrasound between 36 and 39 weeks of gestation.

Folger's pouch is a right ventricular outflow pouch arising from the distal low-pressure chamber in double-chambered right ventricle. It is rarely described on echocardiogram due to difficult visualization and lack of knowledge of its existence. Retrospective assessment of echocardiogram after an angiocardiographic evaluation demonstrates the pouch in a modified high parasternal view.

Incontinentia pigmenti (IP) is a rare neurocutaneous syndrome of X-linked dominant inheritance (1:40000 births in the Caucasian population) which is usually lethal in males. It commonly presents with skin, central nervous system, and dental anomalies. Ophthalmic associations of IP include intra-ocular anomalies such as leukocoria, megalocornea, corneal edema, band keratopathy, bullous keratopathy, iridocorneal attachments, macular capillary dropout, peripheral arteriovenous shunts, retinal neovascularization, vitreous hemorrhage, preretinal fibrosis, traction retinal detachment as well as strabismus.

We aimed to study the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) rate and routine follow-up practices including immunization. A total of 62 neonates born to COVID-19 positive mothers and an equal number of neonates born to COVID-19 negative mothers were prospectively evaluated for EBF rate and routine neonatal follow-up practices including delay (>7 days) in routine immunization at 3 months follow-up. We further tried to compare the results across two epochs (epoch 1, March-June 2020 and epoch 2, July-November 2020).
