We report and discuss a rare case of inguino-scrotal urinary bladder herniation (IBH) complicated with a big urinary bladder stone and contralateral indirect inguinal bowel hernia. A 68-year male patient presented to the outpatient urology department with a 4-year history of right inguino-scrotal pain and swelling, which was gradually increasing in size, and of intermittent swelling in the left groin. Physical examination revealed right irreducible inguino-scrotal hernia and reducible left inguinal hernia extending to the groin.

Objective: To investigate the effect of music during routine nursing care on full-term newborns physiological measurements, hospital stay and stress symptoms.

Methods: The randomised controlled trial was conducted at the Level II neonatal intensive care unit of a state hospital in Turkey from November 2014 to August 2015, and comprised full-term newborns. Despite a sharp worldwide decline in the incidence and mortality due to gastric cancer during the second half of the 20th century, gastric cancer remains the world's second leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Variants of gastric cancer account for approximately 5% of all stomach carcinomas. Herein, we report on a rare case of combined germ cell tumor and adenocarcinoma that arose in the stomach of a 68-year-old woman with a high level of alpha-fetoprotein in the serum.
