In order to address the challenges associated with antibiotic resistance by bacteria, two new complexes, Ni(II) and Zn(II), have been synthesized using the conventional method based on Schiff base ligand (E)-2-((5-bromothiazol-2-yl) imino) methyl) phenol. The Schiff base ligand (HL) was synthesized using salicylaldehyde and 5-(4-bromophenyl)thiazol-2-amine in both traditional and efficient, ecologically friendly, microwave-assisted procedures. The ligand and its complexes were evaluated by elemental analyses, FTIR spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and magnetic susceptibility.

This investigation delves into the potential use of halogen bonding to enhance both the short-circuit current () and overall efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Specifically, we synthesized two distinct dyes, SQI-F and SQI-Cl, and characterized them using FT-IR, HNMR, C NMR, and mass spectroscopy. These dyes are based on the concept of incorporating halogen atoms within unsymmetrical squaraine structures with a donor-acceptor-donor (D-A-D) configuration.

Introduction: Curcumin, an anticancer natural compound with multiple pharmacological activities, has a weak pharmacokinetic and instability due to diketone moiety. Curcumin's stability challenges can be overcome by removing the diketone moiety and shortening the 7-carbon chain, resulting in mono-carbonyl analogs. Cancer proliferation is caused by the activation of Epidermal Growth Factor (EGFR) pathways.

Background: The development of breast cancer (BC) and how it responds to treatment have both been linked to the involvement of inflammation. Chronic inflammation is critical in carcinogenesis, leading to elevated DNA damage, impaired DNA repair machinery, cell growth, apoptosis, angiogenesis, and invasion. Studies have found several targets that selectively modulate inflammation in cancer, limit BC's growth, and boost treatment effectiveness.

Morphological analysis by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) confirms the formation of Ni/NiO NPs on highly nanoporous carbon with an average size of ∼50 nm. X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirms NNC with a face-centred cubic (FCC) crystal structure.

Silica supported iron trifluoroacetate and iron trichloroacetate green Lewis acid catalysts were developed by a novel, cheap, environment-friendly approach and utilized in the synthesis of hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxamide derivatives. The structure and morphology of the prepared Lewis acid catalysts were studied by FTIR, PXRD, FE-SEM, HR-TEM, EDX, BET, TGA and NH-TPD techniques. The present catalysts shows maximum conversion efficiency in hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxamide derivatives synthesis at 70 °C in solvent free reaction condition with best product yield in a short reaction time.

Curcumin is an important phytochemical, found in the Asian countries, especially in the Indian subcontinent. The use of this "privileged natural product" in the diversity-oriented synthesis of curcumin-based heterocycles via multicomponent reactions (MCRs) is the subject of interest for many medicinal chemists across the globe. This review particularly focuses on the reactions involving curcuminoids as one of the reactants in the MCRs of curcuminoid to synthesize curcumin-based heterocycles.

Superparamagnetic N-doped graphene oxide (GO)- with ZnS nanowires was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method by doping dilute amounts of Ga, Cr, In, and Al ions for water treatment and biomedical applications. In these experiments, to enhance their properties, 2% of Ga, In, and or Al were codoped along with 2% Cr ions in these ZnS nanowires. The nanocomposite with the composition, InCrZnS, has better photocatalytic efficiency than other co-doped nanocomposites.

The death rate from breast cancer (BC) has dropped due to early detection and sophisticated therapeutic options, yet drug resistance and relapse remain barriers to effective, systematic treatment. Multiple mechanisms underlying miRNAs appear crucial in practically every aspect of cancer progression, including carcinogenesis, metastasis, and drug resistance, as evidenced by the elucidation of drug resistance. Non-coding RNAs called microRNAs (miRNAs) attach to complementary messenger RNAs and degrade them to inhibit the expression and translation to proteins.

Because deep learning has various downsides, such as complexity, expense, and the need to wait longer for results, this creates a significant incentive and impetus to invent and adopt the notion of developing machine learning because it is simple. This study intended to increase the accuracy of machine-learning approaches for land use/land cover classification using Sentinel-2A, and Landsat-8 satellites. This study aimed to implement a proposed method, neural-based with object-based, to produce a model addressed by artificial neural networks (limited parameters) with random forest (hyperparameter) called ANN_RF.
