Ligneous inflammation is a rare disease characterized by progressive growth of ligneous plaques on mucosal surfaces. Involvement of the female genital tract is an unusual condition. We present a patient with multifocal ligneous inflammation involving her genital tract, oral mucosa and conjunctiva.
