Our single-centre retrospective study aimed to investigate the relationship between preoperative dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) findings and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values and lymphovascular invasion (LVI) status of the lesions in patients with clinically-radiologically lymph node-negative invasive breast cancer. A total of 250 breast lesions diagnosed in preoperative magnetic resonance imaging were identified. All patients were divided into 2 subgroups: LVI-negative and LVI-positive according to the pathological findings of surgical specimens.

The effective treatment in the early stages of schizophrenia is of critical importance to improve the prognosis. Schizophrenia affects patients' relatives too. The effects of early or late initiation of long-acting injectable antipsychotics (LAI-APs) on the patient have been shown, yet their effects on the caregiver are still unknown.

Introduction: Resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) is a significant issue in metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC), as it is in the majority of cancer types. An important deficiency in immunooncology today is the lack of a predictive factor to identify this patient group. Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) are a type of cell that contributes to immunotherapy resistance by inhibiting T cell activity.

Background: The combination of cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitors and standard endocrine therapy (ET) in the adjuvant treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer (BC) has yielded conflicting results. We performed a pooled analysis of the adjuvant efficacy of CDK4/6 inhibitors by including data from the NATALEE trial, the most recent trial on this topic.
Methods: We searched major databases and congress proceedings until 7 June 2023 to identify randomized controlled trials (RCT) comparing adjuvant CDK4/6 inhibitor plus ET combination versus ET in HR-positive/HER2-negative early-stage BC.
