[Mechanism of Ficus hirta-Hypericum perforatum in treatment of microvascular angina based on network pharmacology and molecular docking].

The active ingredients of Ficus hirta and Hypericum perforatum were collected from Traditional Chinese Medicine Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP) and related papers. The potential targets of these two medicinal herbs were searched from HERB database, and those associated with microvascular angina were screened out from GeneCards, Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM), Therapeutic Target Database(TTD), and HERB. Cytoscape was used to construct a protein-protein interaction(PPI) network of the common targets shared by the two herbs and microvascular angina based on the data of String platform.

[Effect of Schizonepetae Herba and Saposhnikoviae Radix on expression of AQP4 and AQP8 in colonic mucosa of rats with ulcerative colitis].

The aim of this paper was to investigate the effect of Schizonepetae Herba and Saposhnikoviae Radix(wind medicine) on the expression of AQP4 and AQP8 in colonic mucosa in rats with ulcerative colitis(UC). A total of 35 healthy SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group(gavaged with normal saline), DSS model group, as well as low, middle, and high dose wind medicine groups(Schizonepeta and Saposhnikovia 1∶1, gavaged at dosages of 6, 12, and 24 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)), with 7 in each group. UC rat model was established by free drinking of 3% dextran sulphate sodium(DSS) solution for 10 days.

[Systematic review and Meta-analysis on efficacy and safety of berberine for dyslipidemia].

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of berberine in the treatment of dyslipidemia. In this review, CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, and Medline(OVID) were retrieved from database establishment to January, 2019 in any language. Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of berberine with or without lipid-lowering drugs vs placebo, without drugs or lipid-lowering drugs only in treatment of dyslipidemia were collected.

[Effect of Scutellariae Radix on expression of inflammatory cytokine protein and gene in lung of mice with viral pneumonia caused by influenza virus FM1 infection].

Mice models of viral pneumonia were induced by pulmonary adaptive strain FM1 of influenza A virus in Asian mice.RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to dynamically observe the effect of Scutellariae Radix on the protein and gene expression of inflammatory cytokine in the lungs of the model mice infected by influenza virus FM1 at different phases. The partial mechanism of Scutellariae Radix in repairing the immune inflammatory damage of target organs of pneumonia caused by influenza virus was further explored.

Compared with antibiotics, traditional antibacterial Chinese patent medicine Yinhua Miyanling Tablets has the advantage in bacterial resistance in long-term use.

[Intervention effects and mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation on chronic intermittent hypoxia composite insulin resistance ApoE~(-/-) mice model].

This study aims to observe the intervention effects of Chinese herbal medicine of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation on chronic intermittent hypoxia(CIH) composite insulin resistance(IR) mediated atherosclerosis(AS) mice model,and to observe the mechanism of SREBP-1 c signaling molecule.IR Apo E-/-mice model was induced by high-fat diet combined with STZ injection.Then the mice were treated with hypoxic animal incubator for 8 h per day and 8 weeks to establish a CIH+IR-ApoE-/-mouse model.
