Expression of c-MET, EGFR and HER-2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.

Objective: To determine the expression of tyrosine protein kinase Met (c-MET), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) in cases with gastric adenocarcinoma (GA).

Methods: The positive rates of the c-MET, EGFR, and HER-2 proteins between cancerous tissues and normal tissues sampled from 87 patients with GA were compared. The patients were assigned to different subgroups according to their clinicopathological characteristics and analyzed.

The effect of individualized exercise prescriptions combined with dietary management on blood glucose in the second-and-third trimester of gestational diabetes mellitus.

Objective: To explore the effect of individualized exercise prescriptions plus dietary management on blood glucose in the second-and-third trimester of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).

Methods: We collected and reviewed the clinical data of 106 patients in their second-and-third trimester who had GDM in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018. They were equally divided into a test group and a control group with a random number table method.

The changes of triacylglycerol and inflammatory factors during dialysis treatment of hypertriglyceridemia during pregnancy and analysis of nursing countermeasure.

Objective: To investigate the changes of triacylglycerol and inflammatory factors after hypertriglyceridemia acute pancreatitis (HTG-AP) dialysis during pregnancy and to analyze the nursing strategies.

Methods: 50 patients treated with HTG-AP dialysis in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were selected. The patient's vital signs, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), TG and TC decline rates before treatment, 1, 3, and 5 days after treatment and inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), Interleukin-1β (IL-1β), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-10 (IL-10) level changes] were measured, as well as the acute physiological and chronic health evaluation II (APACHEII), multiple organ dysfunction syndromes (MODS), systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and maternal treatment outcomes.

Study on diagnostic values and pathological conditions of serum HGF and CA199 in endometriosis.

Objective: This study aimed at exploring the diagnostic values and pathological conditions of serum HGF and CA199 in endometriosis (EMT).

Methods: From May 2017 to January 2019, 86 patients with EMT, who were admitted to our hospital, were grouped as Group B, whereas 78 healthy women undergoing physical examinations during the same period were grouped as Group A. Serum HGF and CA199 levels in both groups were detected to analyze their diagnostic values for EMT and their relationships with clinical data.
