Autoimmune gastritis diagnosed due to recurrent gastric neuroendocrine tumor: a case report.

As digestive endoscopy becomes more prevalent, an increasing number of autoimmune gastritis (AIG) cases have been diagnosed, which has contributed to a growing body of research on AIG. We report the case of a patient with AIG who was diagnosed due to receiving endoscopic surgery after discovering a gastric neuroendocrine tumor (GNET) during gastroscopy twice within 3 years. The patient was admitted to our hospital for endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) due to GNET recurrence discovered during gastroscopy.

Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of consecutive ischemic stroke patients with BAD in the LSA territory admitted to Dongyang People's Hospital from January 1, 2018, to September 30, 2023.

Objective: Our study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) for treating mild to moderate depression in patients with epilepsy (PWE).

Methods: A single-arm, prospective, multi-center, pre-post controlled study was conducted in Eastern China. After a four-week baseline period, PWE with mild to moderate depression began treatment with taVNS, administered for 30 min, three times daily, over a 12-week period.

The aim of this study was to explore the differences in alveolar bone structure characteristics in skeletal class II and class III malocclusion in the mandibular incisor region. From January 2021 to November 2023, 100 cases of skeletal malocclusion patients were selected from our hospital, including 56 cases of skeletal Class II malocclusion and 44 cases of skeletal Class III malocclusion. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy is a revolutionary immunotherapy that has shown significant success in treating certain hematologic malignancies. However, there are still challenges and limitations associated with this therapy, and not all cancer patients benefit from this therapy alone. Therefore, modifying CAR-T-cell therapy based on immune checkpoints, and its combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), shows promise as a potentially more effective strategy for treating hematologic malignancies.
