This study investigates the perceptions of university students majoring in film and media production (FMP) regarding the over-the-top (OTT) industry. We used the Q methodology to achieve this study's purpose, with 33 Q sets and 22 university students majoring in FMP. The study revealed three perception structures of FMP major university students regarding the OTT industry.

Unsaturated Ni single atom catalysts (SACs), Ni-Nx (x=1,2,3), have been investigated to break the conventional Ni-N4 structural limitation and provide more unoccupied 3d orbitals for CO2RR intermediates adsorption, but their intrinsically low structural stability has seriously hindered their applications. Here, we developed a strategy by integrating Ni nanoclusters to stabilize unsaturated Ni-N3 atomic sites for efficient CO2 electroreduction to CO at industrial-level current. DFT calculations revealed that the incorporation of Ni nanocluster effectively stabilizes the unsaturated Ni-N3 atomic sites and modulates their electronic structure to enhance the adsorption of the key intermediate *COOH during CO2RR.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic, progressive neurological disorder affecting approximately 10 million people worldwide, with prevalence expected to rise as the global population ages. It is characterized by the degeneration of dopamine-producing neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta, leading to motor symptoms such as tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia, postural instability, and gait disturbances, as well as non-motor symptoms including olfactory disturbances, sleep disorders, and depression. Currently, no cure exists for PD, and most available therapies focus on symptom alleviation.

This study investigated the rheological and tribological properties of cold beverages [bottled water (BW), sports drink (SD), orange juice (OJ), and whole milk (WM)] thickened with various concentrations (1%, 2%, and 3%, w/w) of xanthan gum-based food thickeners. All thickened beverages exhibited high pseudoplastic behavior, with increasing thickener concentration leading to higher viscosity and viscoelastic moduli and a lower flow behavior index. Thickened BW, SD, and WM exhibited typical Stribeck curves covering the boundary, mixed, and hydrodynamic lubrication regimes.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of fluconazole, a moderate inhibitor of CYP2C9 and CYP3A4, on the pharmacokinetics of celecoxib and its carboxylic acid metabolite in different CYP2C9 genotypes. The core@shell nanostars composed of star-like Au nanocores with TiO shells (Au@TiO NSs) are synthesized in a one-pot reaction without any reducing or surface-controlling agents. The Au@TiO NSs exhibit strong absorption in the UV region based on the interaction between the Au nanocore and the TiO shell, and this optochemical property leads to the efficient laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LDI-TOF-MS) analysis of small molecules with low background interference and high reproducible mass signals compared with spherical Au nanoparticles (NPs). The limit of detection and dynamic range values of various analytes also improved with Au@TiO NSs compared with those obtained with spherical Au NPs.

Determination of Flavonoid Glycoside Isomers Using Vision Transformer and Tandem Mass Spectrometry.

A vision transformer (ViT)-based deep neural network was applied to classify the flavonoid glycoside isomers by analyzing electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS) spectra. Our model successfully classified the flavonoid isomers with various substitution patterns (3-O, 6-C, 7-O, 8-C, 4'-O) and multiple glycosides, achieving over 80% accuracy during training. In addition, the experimental spectra from flavonoid glycoside standards were acquired with different adducts, and our model showed robust performance regardless of the experimental conditions.
