Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of the Lingbao Huxin Dan in treating bradycardia arrhythmia with coronary heart disease (BA-CHD) by network pharmacology.
Methods: The active ingredients of the Lingbao Huxin Dan were screened on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform and Bioinformatics tools designed for the analysis of molecular mechanisms of Chinese medicine platform; target prediction was conducted with the SwissTargetPrediction database, and Cytoscape 3.8 was used to construct a drug ingredient-target network.

Background: With the increasing pressures of modern life and work, combined with a growing older population, the incidence of comorbid anxiety and myocardial infarction (MI) is increasing. Anxiety increases the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with MI and significantly affects their quality of life. However, there is an ongoing controversy regarding the pharmacological treatment of anxiety in patients with MI.

Background: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is widely used to treat allergic rhinitis (AR) in China, especially in children. However, due to the complicated composition rules and unclear underlying mechanisms, effective herbal prescriptions' popularization and application are limited.
Purpose: This study tried to detect the core prescription of herbs in treating AR in children, reveal its mechanism based on the ingredients' network, and explore the main signaling pathways.

Objective: To investigate the expressions of microRNAs in peripheral blood of patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP) and its correlation with the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cells.
Methods: Thirty patients with ITP (ITP group) and 15 healthy people (control group) were enrolled.Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expressions of six miRNAs (miR-107,miR-205-5p,miR-138-5p,miR-326,miR-1827,miR-185-5p) and Th1-specific transcription factor T-bet mRNA and Th2-specific transcription factor GATA-3 mRNA in the peripheral blood of the two groups. Th1 and Th2 cells were detected by flow cytometry.

Objective: To explore the features of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes in male infertility using computer-based analyses.
Methods: Latent class analysis was used to analyze the TCM syndrome data from 813 patients with male infertility and establish a latent tree model.
Results: A latent tree model with a Bayesian information criterion score of -11 263 was created.

Objective: To analyze the imbalance of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the patients of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).
Methods: Thirty-five patients with ITP were enrolled in ITP group, while 28 healthy persons were included in control group. The expressions of IL-8, IL-17A, IL-22, TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-4, CD40, CD40L, TGF-β and IL-10 were detected by flow cytometry with aimPlex multiple immunoassay Flow.

Objective: Through cell cultivation, we studied the inhibiting effects of the serum of the dog fed with Panax notoginseng extracts on precancerous gastric cells, trying to find the best time points or periods when the extracts' function was the strongest after administration of the extracts to the dog.
Methods: The experiments adopted eternalized human gastric mucosa epithelium GES-1 cells and MC cells gained from GES-1 cells transformed by N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitroso-guanidine (MNNG) as the model of precancerous lesions for study in vitro. We took the serum of a dog before and at different points of time after feeding the dog with Panax notoginseng extracts for experiment.
