In Senegal, SMC implementation began in 2013 and is given to children under 10 years old. This study aimed to describe clinical malaria incidence in the general population during routine SMC implementation and to analyse how SMC timing impacted clinical malaria dynamics in eligible children.

Barriers to Yearly Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Attendance: A Retrospective Clinical Audit.

Diabetic retinopathy is the most common sight-threatening complication of diabetes, necessitating regular monitoring of progression via diabetic eye screening (DES). The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends DES annually for diabetic patients aged 12 years and older.
