Objective: To analyze the influence of miRNA-184 on epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of human lens epithelial cells (HLEC) induced by TGF-beta2 in vitro.
Methods: Experimental study. Recombinant plasmid of pL/IRES/GFP-miR-184 was constructed and used to produce the lentivirus.
