Semen from six rams was pooled and extended in Tes-tris-yolk-glycerol to 500 x 10(6) sperm per ml, cooled and held at 5 degrees C for three hours. Aliquots of the semen were supplemented with various concentrations of PGF(2alpha) or PGE(1), combinations of PGF(2alpha) + E(1), or PGE(1) + E(2) + E(3) + F(1alpha) + F(2alpha).
